Milton Keynes City Council is preparing the new Local Plan. The Council has commissioned Arup to prepare a Carbon and Climate Study to inform this.

Arup is a global collective of designers, engineering and sustainability consultants, advisors and experts dedicated to sustainable development, and to using imagination, technology and rigour to shape a better world. Arup has been commissioned by Milton Keynes City Council to prepare the Carbon and Climate Study.
As the primary data handler for this project, we gather demographic information from anyone who participates in and/or wishes to submit comments in response to our consultation/engagement activity.
